Go Aces!

Reno now has a minor league baseball team. They play in a brand new stadium down town and it is impressive. It really has a major league feel - just not so big and expensive. We went to our first Aces game on Sunday and it was great. We shared a suite with some friends as part of a fund raiser for the American Cancer Society so we had the VIP service which was fun. The stadium even had a mini field, playground, and bounce house for the kids - Brock was in heaven. And he was OBSESSED with Archie the big red blob mascot. He wanted to hug him good bye!

Cory chasing Brock in his boot! In the last week Cory has been to urgent care TWICE! So the ankle story. The weekend before last Cory sprained his ankle during a race. For a few days he could put NO weight on it, then he went to using the crutches and boot and now he is doing much better, but still limping around. The Dr. told him it would be a few weeks. Then, when we were in Vegas Cory got water in his ear (which has a tiny hole in the drum) and developed a "nasty", as the Dr. said, ear infection. I'm hoping he recovers soon or I might have to trade him in :)
