The Bob and Brock Show

Brock has vowed revenge on our cat Bob. The other day Brock was "not so gently" petting him when Bob took a little nibble on his hand. No big deal, but as you can see Brock is now out to get him. Better look out Bob, Brock will be crawling in no time.

Growing Up

Thanks to some great hand-me-down toys from friends we are able to keep Brock entertained as he grows out of the old and into the new. His two favorites for the time being are his jumperoo and the crazy saucer! It is very hard to get a good picture of him in the jumperoo becuase he doesn't stand still! He is a wild man! Brock is also becoming more mobile on the ground. He can get his legs under him, butt in the air, and scoot to a toy or right off the blanket!

I love Rice Cereal!!!

Another milestone! Brock has started eating rice cereal. It took him about two bites to get the hang of it and now he loves it. He tends to scream with excitment between each bite. He also tries to "help" by holding the spoon!

Yard Work

We have had a chilly spring in Reno but have managed to get some yard work done. Brock has been very helpful with the yard work! As you can see he has discovered the art of sticking out his tongue. He was doing this all the time for a couple days, but it has now passed. Good thing...we were starting to worry!

More Babies

We are so excited that there are more babies on the way! Yesterday we hosted a shower for Lindsey (and Jeff) who is due the end of May. We also have some other friends, Trevor and Tourine, due the same time. So much fun. The shower was a great reunion of college friends. My best friend Michelle drove up from Sacramento to meet Brock for the first time. I think Michelle wanted to sneak Brock home in her bag...I'm sure she will be back soon!

Four Months Old

Brock is now four months old! He went to the doctor today and he weighs 14lbs. 5oz. and is 24.5 inches long (about knee high as you can see). It is hard to believe how the time has flown by. His little personality is starting to emerge. He is almost always having fun, smiling, and talking. He is full of energy! This weekend we got him a swing for the yard. He is not big on his "baby" swing, but he loves his "big boy" swing outside. We also took him to his first baseball game on Tuesday night. Go Wolfpack!

Day Care

We could not dream of finding a better day care! For those of you who don't know, my parents (g'ma and g'pa Coulston) relocated to Reno to be near Brock. They live next door and are helping us with day care while I go to work part time. It is the best!!! Here are some pictures of Brock having so much fun at Day Care. He grabs all his toys with passion and loves to put everything in his mouth.
